Our heart changes when we live according to the God’s plan and His will. We can’t renew heart only by our efforts. The only power which can do this is God. Only God can renew heart. God should work inside us to truly change our hearts. Many Bible verses speak about changed heart. When we read God’s Word, we often realize that our hearts are very different from Gods. We feel that they need changes. The change begins when we talk to God through prayer about the things that need changing, and we ask Him to change them and to help us let Him change them.

2 Corinthians 5:17:“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.”
Jeremiah 24:7:“I will give them a heart to know Me, for I am the LORD; and they will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to Me with their whole heart.”
Ezekiel 36:26: “Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.”
Ezekiel 11:19: “And I will give them one heart, and put a new spirit within them And I will take the heart of stone out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh.”
You cannot become what God has planned for you to become in life until you understand what influences your identity. Your identity is subject to the things that happen to you and around you, these you cannot control but what you are capable of managing is how you process these circumstances into your mind and your heart.
Today, we understand how our minds and hearts are being influenced by the digital age. So much harm goes into the brain if we decide to let it affect us. The media supply the load of thoughts, but it is also the media that shape the process of thinking. Most of the things we feed our minds and hearts do not conform to God’s plans for us. God can only work from the inside when we accept His Son Jesus Christ as our Savior. Christ comes to live in our hearts when we accept Him as Lord and Savior. We should surrender our lives to Him, then our hearts change.
Do not allow the world around you to squash you into its mould, but allow God to re-shape your minds and renew heart from within. The Bible remains the ultimate for staying in line with Gods purpose for our lives. Let the Bible become your companion. When you consistently feed your mind with God’s word, you will be directed on the right path. Be mindful of what you listen to and the company you keep. Bad communication corrupts the mind and hurts your heart.
It is crucial we control what goes into our minds and hearts. Allow God to transform you into a new person by changing the way you think and renew heart. The world may be involved in many atrocities to make them successful, but we are not to follow suit. Do not allow the demands of the world to remold your mind into what God doesn’t want you to become or who he hasn’t called you to be. Let God’s spirit and not the world shape you.
We cannot restrict the flow of information that bombards us, but we can ask God to help us each day to stay focused on Him and to shape our thoughts through his presence in our lives. We should allow the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives; He will help us in doing what is right at all times. What incredible hope God offers us – to be able to have a new, changed heart.

Lord, let me become more and more like you. Fill my heart with the power of the Holy spirit. Let it renew and change my heart.
